Terms of Service
Effective October 22, 2026
Welcome to the Lot, a place for filmmakers to post projects and find cast, crew and collaborators. The Lot is run by One Grand Film LLC ("One Grand Film," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Lot, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the Lot.
1. Who can use the Lot
- You must be 18 or older.
- One person, one account. Use your real name and your real work.
- You must verify a phone number you control. We may ask for more checks if something looks wrong.
- You can't use the Lot if we've removed you before, or if the law doesn't allow you to.
2. Your account
The Lot shares one login with OGF AI, also run by One Grand Film. If you already have an OGF AI account, you can use the same email and password here. Keep your login private; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@getogf.ai if you think someone else has used it.
3. What the Lot is, and what it isn't
The Lot helps people find each other. We are not a party to any agreement you make with another member. We are not an employer, a talent agency, a casting director, a producer or a payroll service, and we don't take a cut of your deals. We don't guarantee that a project will be made, that anyone will be paid, or that any member is who they say they are beyond the checks described in section 10.
You are responsible for your own agreements, pay, taxes, permits, insurance and union obligations. Tools like the hire hand-off to OGF AI's Contract Builder help you write things down; they aren't legal advice.
4. Projects, roles and pay
If you post a project, it must be real and described honestly, and every role must show its real pay type:
- Paid: a stated rate.
- Paid + Backend: a stated rate plus a share of net profits. Backend is a share of profits, not ownership of a company. The exact terms belong in your written agreement, not the public listing.
- Collaboration: no pay of any kind. Not deferred, not "if it sells." People join because they want to make it.
- Student: a student production, as described.
What you list is what you honor. Not paying as promised can get you removed from the Lot.
5. Your content
You own what you post: your profile, photos, Meet me video, work samples, projects and messages. To run the Lot, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display and share your content within the Lot, and to show your public project pages on the web and in previews when people share them. Your profile is visible to signed-in members, not to the open web. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for messages already delivered to someone else (see section 13) and copies we're required to keep by law.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you post. Tag AI-generated work honestly, and never create an AI version of someone's face, voice or performance without their consent.
Scripts, decks and other material another member shares with you are theirs. Don't copy, share or use them without permission.
6. Community Guidelines
Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. In short: be real, be clear about pay, no money asks, keep conversations on the Lot until you've met in the app, keep auditions safe, respect people and their work, show up, and tag AI work honestly.
You also agree not to:
- Ask anyone for money, investment, fees to apply or audition, or payment in crypto or by wire.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit anyone.
- Hold auditions in hotel rooms or private homes, or hide nudity requirements.
- Post anything involving minors that breaks the law or our Guidelines.
- Scrape, copy or resell data from the Lot, or use bots or automation to use it.
- Get around our safety features, like contact-detail hiding, blocks or bans.
- Break the law or anyone else's rights.
7. Messaging and contact details
Chats open when you apply to a role, when a poster invites you, when you and another member both swipe right (a match), or when a Verified member sends a request the other person accepts. To limit spam and scams, phone numbers, emails and outside links are hidden in chat until you've met in the app or a hire is confirmed.
8. Swipes and matches
In the Projects and People decks, swiping right saves a project or marks interest in a person. If two people both swipe right, it's a match and a chat opens. Nobody is told when someone passes on them.
9. How we keep the Lot safe
We use automatic rules and an AI reviewer (Claude, made by Anthropic) to check new listings and the first messages from new members against our Guidelines. Some content may be held until a person on our team looks at it. We may also act on reports from members.
We may remove content, limit features, add strikes, suspend or ban accounts when we believe the Guidelines or these Terms were broken, or to protect members. If a listing of yours is turned down or your account is suspended, you can appeal from that screen, and a person will review it.
10. Verification
Every member verifies a phone number. Members can also get the Verified badge through an ID check run by Stripe, our payment and identity provider: a photo of a government ID plus a live selfie that must match it. The ID check costs $12, one time, and is free for active OGF AI subscribers. Once the check has started, the $12 isn't refundable. If Stripe asks for another photo or the check doesn't go through, you can try again at no extra cost.
The Verified badge means Stripe confirmed the ID matched the person at the time of the check. It isn't an endorsement and doesn't guarantee anyone's conduct. Use your own judgment.
11. Fees
Posting, applying, swiping and messaging on the Lot are free. Optional paid features, like the ID check, are shown with their price before you pay, and payments are handled by Stripe. If we ever add new paid features, they'll be optional and clearly marked.
12. Safety off the Lot
Meet in professional or public places. Never send money to someone you met on the Lot. If anything feels wrong, stop, and report it from the ⋯ menu in the chat. We aren't responsible for what members do offline, but we take reports seriously and act on them.
13. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes your profile, photos, videos, projects, applications and notifications from the Lot. Messages you already sent stay in the other person's inbox, shown as from "Deleted member." If you also use OGF AI, your OGF AI account isn't affected.
We may suspend or close accounts as described in section 9. Sections that by their nature should last, like content you've already delivered, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive after your account ends.
14. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the Lot infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details the law requires to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, One Grand Film LLC, PO Box 1061, Elgin, TX 78621, or support@getogf.ai with "Copyright" in the subject. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
15. Disclaimers
The Lot is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Lot will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any member, project or listing is accurate or safe.
16. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, One Grand Film won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Lot or your dealings with other members. Our total liability for any claim about the Lot is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
17. Your responsibility to us
If a claim against us comes from your content, your use of the Lot, your dealings with another member, or your breaking these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from it, to the extent the law allows.
18. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the Federal Arbitration Act, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@getogf.ai and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
Arbitration. If we can't resolve a dispute informally, you and One Grand Film LLC agree to settle it by binding individual arbitration, not in court. The arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. It will take place in Bastrop County, Texas, or by video or phone if you prefer. For claims under $10,000, we'll pay the filing and arbitrator fees, unless the arbitrator finds your claim was frivolous.
No class actions. Disputes are handled one person at a time. You and we each give up the right to bring or take part in a class action, class arbitration or other group proceeding.
What arbitration doesn't cover. Either of us can bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either of us can go to court to stop the misuse of intellectual property.
Your right to opt out. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@getogf.ai with your name, your account email and a line saying you opt out. Opting out doesn't affect anything else in these Terms.
Where court cases go. Any dispute that isn't arbitrated will be heard only in the state or federal courts in Travis County or Bastrop County, Texas, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Lot grows. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using the Lot after that means you accept the new Terms.
