Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This policy explains what the Lot collects, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. The Lot is run by One Grand Film LLC ("One Grand Film," "we"). The Lot shares one login with OGF AI; OGF AI's own data practices are in OGF AI's privacy policy.
The short version: we use your information to run the Lot and keep it safe. We don't sell it, we don't show you ads, and we don't share it with advertisers.
1. What we collect
From you:
- Account: your name, email and password (stored securely by our sign-in provider; we never see it). If you sign in with Google, we get your name, email and profile photo from Google.
- Phone number: to verify you're a real person and to keep one account per person.
- Age: your confirmation that you're 18 or older.
- Profile: photo, Meet me video, roles, bio, availability, links to reels or self-tapes, past work, what you're looking for, city, region and country, and how far you'll travel.
- Location: we store an approximate location, rounded to about 1 kilometer, to show nearby projects and people. We never store or show an exact address.
- Projects: everything you post. If you post from OGF AI with "Post to The Lot," we use the project details you chose to share from OGF AI.
- Activity: applications, messages, swipes, matches, saved projects, blocks, reports and appeals.
- Messages: we store messages to deliver them. When a message's contact details are hidden (see the Terms, section 7), we keep the original text privately for safety reviews.
- ID check (optional): Stripe collects a photo of your ID and a live selfie and compares them. We don't receive or store your ID images or selfie. We receive the result (verified or not) and the date.
- Payments (optional): Stripe handles your card. We receive the amount, date and whether it went through, never your card number.
- Support: what you send us when you ask for help.
Automatically:
- Device and security data: IP address, browser and device type, and logs from our hosting, used to run the service, stop abuse and fix problems. Our bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) looks at browser signals to tell people from bots.
- Notifications: if you turn on push notifications, the token your browser or phone gives us to reach that device.
- Cookies and local storage: only what the Lot needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering an invite code while you sign up, and your light or dark theme. No advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- To run the Lot: your profile, projects, applications, chat and notifications.
- To build your daily Projects and People decks, ranked by your roles, location and who you're looking for.
- To keep the Lot safe: phone verification, bot checks, rate limits, reviewing listings and new members' first messages against our Guidelines, handling reports and appeals, and stopping banned members from returning.
- To verify identity when you ask for the Verified badge.
- To send you email and push notifications you can turn off in Settings.
- To answer support requests, fix bugs and improve the Lot.
- To follow the law and protect members' rights and safety.
3. AI review
We use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to check new listings and the first messages from new members against our Community Guidelines. Claude sees the text being reviewed, not your whole account. It can hold content for a person on our team to look at; it doesn't ban anyone by itself.
4. Who sees what
- Signed-in members see your profile, your Verified and Founding Crew badges, and your approximate city.
- Anyone on the web can see live project listings, so they can be shared.
- The people in a chat see its messages.
- Your swipes are private. Nobody is told when someone passes on them. A match is shown only to the two people who matched.
- OGF AI: when you use the hire hand-off, the details you confirm (name, role, pay terms) go to OGF AI's Contract Builder.
- Service providers that run parts of the Lot for us, only for that purpose (section 5).
- The law: when required by law, or to protect someone's safety or our rights.
- If One Grand Film is sold or merged: your information may move with the business, under this policy's protections.
We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
5. Our service providers
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Cloudflare: bot check and domain services.
- Twilio: phone verification texts.
- Resend: email.
- Stripe: payments and the ID check.
- Anthropic: AI review (section 3).
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account:
- Your profile, photos, Meet me video, projects, applications, notifications, swipes, saved items and push tokens are deleted.
- Messages you already sent stay in the other person's inbox, without your name.
- We ask Stripe to erase the details from any ID check.
- If you don't use OGF AI, your login is deleted too. If you do, your login stays for OGF AI.
- If your account was suspended or had strikes, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your email and phone number, so a removed account can't simply sign up again. It can't be turned back into your email or number.
- If you were a Founding Crew member, we keep only your member number, so it's never given to anyone else.
- Backups roll off within 30 days, and we may keep records the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
- See and change your information anytime in your profile and Settings.
- Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Turn off email or push notifications in Settings.
- Get a copy of your information by writing to support@getogf.ai.
California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We don't sell or share personal information as California law defines it.
If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and move your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on our contract with you to run the Lot, on our legitimate interest in keeping it safe, and on your consent where we ask for it.
To use any of these rights, write to support@getogf.ai. We'll answer within the time the law requires.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls that keep each member's private data private, and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep it private.
9. Adults only
The Lot is for people 18 and older. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we'll delete it.
10. Where your data lives
The Lot is run from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there and wherever our providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
